Return and Refund Policy

Returns:

1. Since all our jewellery is handmade with care, we have a special policy in place for returns and refunds. We want you to love your purchase, and we'll happily accept returns and issue refunds if the product is severely damaged upon receiving it. To process this, simply send us a photo of the damaged item along with its packaging. Once we confirm the damage, we'll proceed with the return and refund process.

2. We kindly ask that all returns be initiated within 7 days of your purchase.

3. Resizes are not available, so please check your size before placing your order.

Refund:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 5-7 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Exchange:

At the moment, we don't offer exchange services, but we're always here to assist you with any questions or concerns.
